False Sailor Style

There was no hesitation in adding this cute Modcloth Oslo and Behold Dress to my basket when I saw it. The bright cobalt blue isn't a colour I've tried before but I'm really getting into trying brighter colours and this didn't disappoint. The dress is a stiffer material than I was expecting but it works perfectly because it holds it's shape nicely and as such nips in my waist and gives me a lovely silhouette. I'm consistently pleased with the high quality of Modcloth dresses and this beauty is no different. It has a thick satin lining which means I'll can wear it throughout the winter without getting too chilly. It also has the fat girl holy grail; pockets!

Primark comfiest shoes in the world

I also need to make a formal apology for both the quality and the clutter of these photos! Husband said the tv looked awful in the first one so I moved but he failed to tell me the other angle looked awful too. I am ashamed.

  1. I didn't even notice the clutter. I was too wowed by the dress! You look fantastic. x x

  2. Dress is lovely and looks good on you, like the fact that it is lined, give a much better shape when lined.

  3. I always see cute stuff on Modcloth but worry about sky high delivery charges and customs when buying from the US. How bad/good is it? Lovely dress.

  4. That's so cute! I really need to add something like this to my wardrobe

Your feedback and responses are what keep this blog going, I may not always be able to reply to them but they are very, very much appreciated.
